About Diane

Diane Kell is a REALTOR® and Multi-Million Dollar Producer with RE/MAX Edge Realty in Akron, Ohio, serving buyers and sellers throughout Summit, Stark, Portage and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. With 10+ years as a licensed REALTOR®, Diane has helped clients complete 204 real estate transactions representing approximately $30 million in career sales volume. Diane combines her real estate experience with more than 35 years of award-winning marketing, advertising and design experience. Her background as a designer, visual artist, color consultant and Certified Professional Property Stager® Realtor Consultant gives her a unique advantage when preparing, pricing, marketing and styling homes for sale. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), she uses market knowledge and strategic pricing to help sellers position their homes effectively.

Diane also enjoys helping buyers feel comfortable and confident throughout the home buying process. She works with first-time buyers, veterans, relocating clients, luxury buyers and sellers, seniors, new construction, historic and unique properties, condominiums, foreclosures, short sales, probate and other specialized real estate situations.
