About Christy

Christy Clayton is a full-time REALTOR® with The Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Edge Realty, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Northeast Ohio. With 20 years of real estate experience, more than 800 closed transactions, and an average of approximately 45 transactions per year, Christy brings extensive experience to every transaction.

Her specialties include buyer representation, residential listings, relocation, and luxury real estate. She also works with first-time homebuyers, investors, land, rural properties, new construction, multi-family properties, and bank-owned homes. Christy serves Alliance, Louisville, Hartville, Uniontown, Bolivar, North Canton, Salem, Columbiana, Minerva, Richfield, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. Her recent luxury experience includes the sale of a $1.375 million home in Richfield, Ohio.

With a background in interior decorating, Christy helps sellers prepare and present their homes and helps buyers recognize a property's potential. She also works with a national referral network to assist clients relocating into or out of Northeast Ohio.

Christy's credentials include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP), and completion of Tom Ferry's 100 Days of Greatness program. She has received Ohio Association of REALTORS® President's Sales Club recognition and earned the Level of Achievement, a recognition attained by only 5% of Ohio REALTORS® who exceed $1 million in sales. She also contributed to a Team of Distinction with $3.75 million in team sales.
